Shipment Policy

At The Arts Therapy, we understand how important it is for you to receive your products in a timely manner and in perfect condition. We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.

Order Processing:

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please review this information to ensure everything is correct. If you notice any discrepancies, contact us immediately at Contact@theartstherapy.com.

  • Processing Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Personalized or Custom Orders: If your order includes personalized or custom products, please allow additional processing time. We will notify you of the estimated delivery time during the customization process.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across India. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Delivery typically takes 4-6 business days, depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, express shipping options are available at an additional cost. Estimated delivery for express shipping is 2-3 business days.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain amount, which will be indicated at checkout.

Packaging:

We take extra care to package our products securely to prevent any damage during transit. Our packaging is not only protective but also eco-friendly, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. Please note that we require an unboxing video with clear quality as proof of the damage. This is essential for processing your return.

  • Return Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any issues and initiate a return. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for used or opened items unless they are defective. Additionally, custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Contact@theartstherapy.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video showing the damage.

  2. Approval: Once we review your request, we will notify you if your return has been approved. Approved returns will be provided with further instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Return Shipping: We will provide a return shipping label for you to send the item(s) back to us. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during return transit.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify the damage. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you prefer, we can also offer a replacement product.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a damaged or defective product for the same item, please let us know during the return process. We will ship the replacement as soon as we receive and inspect the original item.

Important Notes:

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage, an unboxing video is mandatory. This video should clearly show the packaging and the damaged product. Without this video, we cannot process your return or exchange.

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. The Arts Therapy is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services and hope to offer this option in the future.
